Special

Tell me how do I not make you feel special?
It's easy for you to say
You don't have any love for me, you think it's waste
But tell me how do I not spend a day missing you?
How do I not tell you I love you
When my whole heart has pictures of you and us
How do I stop myself
From entering in this beautiful curse?
Curse of not being chosen by you
When all my intentions were true..
How do I not shower my love on you
How do I do it without you having any clue?
I swear to god, I've tried so hard
But my heart, it's attached to you like a glue!
You're afraid of commitments
But tell me how do I stop myself
From loving you, from missing you
And from entering into this beautiful curse called love?
It's easy for you
Because to you, it's not new
I can't stop myself
Like dust can't stop falling for the books in the shelf
Like flowers cannot resist the sun
Like my heart which only wants to run
To you...
So don't just tell me—
"Don't make me feel special"
Tell me—
How not to?
