Fragrance of Memories
Original ·
Translation · English
Even dried flowers are strange —
though they hold no fragrance anymore,
they still carry the scent of memories.
I have accepted the truth,
yet I do not know why your memory still haunts me.
It has been ages since I last saw you,
yet my eyes somehow still search for your face again and again.
I try to forget your eyes,
yet your gaze keeps appearing before me.
The moment I turned away from those eyes of yours,
your memories began walking beside me as well.
The farther I drifted away from you,
the more your memories became entwined with mine.
